Produced in 1918, the Pfalz D-XII arrived too late to compete with its counter
part, the Fokker D-VII. The Pfalz was a robust machine but was slow in level
flight and was very unpopular with the machanics because of its endless rigging.
Pilots found that It could be dived harder and longer than the Fokker and was able to absorb a great deal of battle damage before being written off as scrap.
Our kit (DPCM 111) captures this lesser know German fighter in miniature.
