The Halberstadt D-III began to replace the Fokker Eindecker on the Western Front in the summer of 1916 and it proved to be a highly maneuverable and
robust machine. However, the Halberstadt D - types never achieved the popularity of the Albatros scouts.
Our kit (DPCM 103) is an authentic reproduction of this almost forgotten
